If you'd like to cancel an order, please get in touch as soon as you can. We often start packing the same working day, so the sooner we hear from you, the more likely we can stop it before it leaves.
Write through our contact page or email contact@cozymeli.com. Include your name, order number, and that you'd like to cancel.
If the parcel has already shipped, we ask that you keep it unopened and contact us. We'll help you send it back and issue a refund once it reaches us. Opened Blind Dates can't be cancelled after the wrapping comes off, since the surprise is part of what you ordered.
